Return Policy

Return Period

Customers can return products within 3 days of receiving their order only in case of:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Wrong/mismatched products received

🔴 Returns or refunds related to general dissatisfaction or product quality preferences will not be entertained.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be accepted

Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

To process any return or refund claim, customers must provide a clear, unedited video of opening the parcel.
This video should:

  • Begin before the package is opened
  • Show the full unboxing process without any cuts or edits
  • Clearly highlight any damage, defect, or issue

Claims without this video proof will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Charges

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping is free
  • For size-related or personal preference returns (if accepted), a flat ₹120 return fee applies
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless it is our error

Refund Policy

Refund Approval
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Refunds will only be processed if the parcel opening video was shared as required

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days
  • Amount will be refunded to the original payment method

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Product not in original condition
  • Missing items not due to our error
  • Return requested beyond the allowed time

Cancellation Policy
